Refund Policy
- No returns will be accepted for items
warranted through the product manufacturer.
- No returns will be accepted after 30
days from the date of invoice.
- CPUs must be returned within 7 days
from the invoice date for a refund.
- Additional deductions may be made for
CPU returns to reflect current market values.
- No returns on custom products,
special packaging, or discontinued items.
- All merchandise returned must be
shipped freight prepaid.
- A restocking charge of 15% will apply
to all returns for refund.
- Returns for product defects receive
identical product replacement with no restocking fee.
- Only merchandise in it’s original
full-unopened package will be authorized for return.
- We cannot accept responsibility for
damage to merchandise after customer or their agents have accepted it.
- Customer Service must be contacted to
issue a return authorization number (RMA) for returned goods.
- All returns must be made within 15
days of return authorization (RMA) issue date.
- Product shortages will be delivered
when shipment is received.
- Only
factory sealed (unopened) software will be accepted for return.
- Downloadable software is
non-refundable.
