• No returns will be accepted for items warranted through the product manufacturer.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of invoice.
• CPUs must be returned within 7 days from the invoice date for a refund.
• Additional deductions may be made for CPU returns to reflect current market values.
• No returns on custom products, special packaging, or discontinued items.
• All merchandise returned must be shipped freight prepaid.
• A restocking charge of 15% will apply to all returns for refund.
• Returns for product defects receive identical product replacement with no restocking fee.
• Only merchandise in it’s original full-unopened package will be authorized for return.
• We cannot accept responsibility for damage to merchandise after customer or their agents have accepted it.
• Customer Service must be contacted to issue a return authorization number (RMA) for returned goods.
• All returns must be made within 15 days of return authorization (RMA) issue date.
• Product shortages will be delivered when shipment is received.
• Only factory sealed (unopened) software will be accepted for return.
